Announcement: Transition of duties within the Hounds Hockey Program

Athol Murray College of Notre Dame would like to announce that Ethan Moreau will be transitioning his duties from the Director of Hockey to a full-time recruitment and program ambassador role effective immediately. In this position, Ethan will be connecting with Notre Dame alumni, NHL alumni and various organizations across North America and abroad to make positive connections that will help further the Notre Dame hockey program. 

 

In terms of changes in the hockey office, Jon Frape will be leading the hockey department and managing the day to day operations, while the current coordinators, Craig Perrett (Female Program), James McGuigan (Male U17 and U18), and Billy Keane (Male U15 and U16) will oversee their respective programs from retention to recruitment to parent communication.

Lastly, Billy Keane will take over Ethan’s other current role as the U15 Prep coach for the remainder of this hockey season.

These moves will refocus our efforts with the goal of strengthening our program and help us build towards next year.
