Since 1920, Athol Murray College of Notre Dame has worked towards nurturing and balancing all aspects of our high school students’ academic, athletic, extra-curricular and spiritual growth.  We are a private, independent co-educational boarding high school that is rooted in Catholic Tradition and open to all faith backgrounds. At ND we ensure our students develop values, responsibilities, skills and work ethic that are important for success in school, sports and life. We are a unique prairie location with a deep sense of tradition, and a supportive family environment, which makes an ideal home for our staff and students. The College is located in the prairie village of Wilcox, Saskatchewan; thirty minutes south of the capital city of Regina.

  • Development Assistant

    As part of the Development & Alumni team, you will play an integral role by providing support for all fundraising and community building activities of the College. In this unique position, you will have the opportunity to connect with previous Alumni of the College through events while ensuring Notre Dame keeps up to date constituent data of donors, alumni, current students and parents.
     
    Notre Dame is looking for individuals who are customer focused and service oriented. Those who demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact with all individuals with integrity, empathy and sincerity. Individuals must be personable, organized and driven to step into the role of Development Assistant. This position allows you to interact with the student body to build relationships and support their efforts to recognize their bursary/scholarship donors.
     
    The essential roles for this position include, but are not limited to:
    • Database management which includes entering and maintaining constituent data for individuals and organizations.
    • Provide receipts and recognition letters of all donor gifts.
    • Coordinate student thank you letters and maintain bursary/scholarship files.
    • Assist with the coordination of Development and Alumni events; facilitate logistics, communications, volunteers and details for events.
    • Carry out lottery activities from applications through sales and reporting.

  • Enrollment Assistant

    As part of the Enrollment Team, you will play an integral role in being the first point of contact for all inquiring families and help guide them through the registration process and beyond. In this unique position, you will have the opportunity to meet families from all over the world, build valuable long-lasting relationships and be part of students’ growth and development into future community leaders. Notre Dame College is looking for a personable and flexible individual to step into the role of Enrollment Assistant. As the Enrollment Assistant, you will be responsible for database management, lead follow-up and tracking, mailings, and providing on-going support to the rest of the Admissions Team.
     
    The essential roles for this position include, but are not limited to:
    · Responsible for the implementation of a new database system for maintaining and collecting student information
    · Accountable for all data entry and updates into Blackbaud system including providing queries for team members when requested
    · Assemble Admissions/Marketing packages
    · Make phone calls/send emails to families to remind them of important dates and deadlines
    · Inventory control of Admissions and Marketing materials
    · Conduct tours for prospective students and their families or visitors at Notre Dame
    · Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events
    · Assist with mailings and follow up with registration and re-registration forms

  • Volunteer Intern Hockey Coach

    The Volunteer Intern Coach will provide a supporting role to the Director of Hockey and the Male/Female Hockey Coordinators. This will include on-ice and off-ice development of the players. This position requires the availability to work some evenings and weekends.
