  • Groundskeepers

    Athol Murray College of Notre Dame is seeking two groundskeepers for the 2025 summer season. Starting between mid May – June and commencing until end of August. The campus is located 30 minutes south of Regina, SK. As a Groundskeeper you will be responsible for the landscaping and lawn maintenance of the outdoor grounds of the campus. Your main duties include, cutting and maintaining the healthy growth of plants and grass, and keeping the grounds and sports fields clean and well-manicured while maintaining a safe work environment. Duties:
    - Keep equipment clean and well maintained
    - Mow and maintain neat and manicured greenspaces
    - Using and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, clippers, and blowers, among others
    - Spray weed killer and fertilizer
    - Maintain and line sports fields
    - Install dirt and plant grass seed as needed
    - Power wash and sweep pathways, lots and entries
    - Maintain an overall tidy campus
    - Working outside in varying weather conditions Skills:
    - Highly motivated and able to work independently.
    - Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
    - Strong communicating skills
    - Mechanical knowledge
    - Ability to multi-task and establish priorities Requirements
    - Must have a valid drivers license
    - Must have a current criminal record check
    - Must commit to working full days, 5 days a week until the end of August
    - The College will reimburse for work boots and safety wear.
    - Strong preference to post grad students and the ability to start in May.
    Pay rate based on experience. 17 to 20 per hour

    The Athol Murray College of Notre Dame is seeking dedicated hockey coaches to help develop student-athletes in our prestigious Notre Dame Hounds Hockey Program. Reporting to the Director of Hockey, this role requires evenings, weekends, and travel during the season.
    Responsibilities
    • Coach and assist in practices, games, showcases, camps, and skills sessions
    • Support team and player development through coaching, video analysis, and workouts
    • Contribute to scouting, recruiting, and retention efforts
    • Maintain strong communication with players, parents, and staff
    • Represent Notre Dame at events and in media when required
    Qualifications
    • Coaching experience (HP1 an asset)
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
    • Clean Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector)
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
    • Commitment to Notre Dame’s mission and student mentorship

    • Manage and oversee the female dorm.
    • The main role is to supervise and develop leadership abilities of female students and build strong relationships with the students,.
    • Provide a high standard of supervision in the dorm.
    • Implement the dorm curriculum into daily life.
    • Manage the team of Assistant Houseparents in the female dorm, providing day-to-day direction, performance management, and discipline.

  • Student Activities Coordinator

    The Student Activities Coordinator is responsible for developing and leading a dynamic and inclusive student life experience that enhances campus culture and promotes student engagement. This role focuses on creating and implementing a diverse range of recreational, cultural, and community-building programs both on and off campus. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the Boarding and Student Life teams to ensure that students are actively participating in well-organized, enriching, and supervised activities. Key initiatives include student leadership development, orientation support, intramural sports, school spirit events, and student-led initiatives. The coordinator will also be responsible for planning major campus events, supporting student-run organizations, managing transportation for events, and contributing to long-term strategic planning for student engagement.

    The individual in this position has overall responsibility for the development of both the male and female Volleyball Program at Athol Murray College of Notre Dame. The goals are to build a strong volleyball program and provide opportunities for training and competition at the Junior (Grades 9/10), High School (Grades 11/12), and Elite levels (Grades 10-12). Key responsibilities include providing overall direction to the volleyball program, overseeing selection and development of coaches and athletes, designing a comprehensive training program, recruiting athletes, and facilitating athlete placement post-graduation.
