Notables
  • B.A. & Masters in Canadian History from the University of Manitoba, in addition to earning a Ph.D. in Sacred Letters from St. Mark’s Colleg
  • Played junior hockey with the Toronto St. Michaels Majors of the Junior Ontario Hockey Association.
  • Represented Canada at three Winter Olympics (1 bronze medal) and following many years of playing and coaching in hockey leagues in Asia, was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 1998.
  • Spent 23 years at Notre Dame, as a coach, a teacher, and the President of the school from 2003-2006.
