Updated February 28, 2022

In response to the announcement by the Government of Saskatchewan on February 8th, 2022, Athol Murray College of Notre Dame remains committed to prioritizing the health and well-being of all of our staff and students.  Below are some updates to our current practice as a result of the new information.

Proof of Vaccination: Aligned with the Province of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League no longer requires a proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend hockey games as of February 14th, 2022.  Fans will no longer be required to provide this upon admission to Junior A games at Notre Dame.

Masks: The Minister of Education for the Province of Saskatchewan has mandated that masks are no longer required to attend or visit schools as of February 28th, 2022. Until then, our requirement that every adult and student in our schools, buildings and transportation must wear a mask remains in place.

As of February 28th, Athol Murray College of Notre Dame will become “mask friendly”. This means that masks are no longer required, however if one feels more comfortable wearing a mask, they are welcome to do so.

Please be reminded that:
  • All visitors, including Notre Dame families, must sit in the assigned visitor seating sections (Sections H, O and U) in the arena.
  • Sections N, D and S are reserved for Notre Dame students and staff only
Important: If you are symptomatic and feeling unwell, we ask that you do not come to campus.

We once again thank you for your continued cooperation and support.
