A generous donation from Imperial Oil in 1982 facilitated construction of this steel structure attached to the Athol Murray Centre. It once housed a weight-training room and a storage area for hockey equipment. Further renovations in 1985 converted this area into a fine arts centre for drama, music and choral programs. It is currently the home base for the Notre Dame Canadians Swing choir.
