Originally built as duplex housing for staff families, this building, located at the corner of Souris and Coteau Streets, was converted to one health care facility in 1981. Today, the clinic can accommodate 12 students in three infirmary rooms. The building also has a reception/treatment room, office/examining room and a staff bedroom.
