Constructed in the early 1900's, this building has served many functions over the years - from a Legion Hall to a restaurant/pool hall, to a garage. At one time, this facility served as a grain storage area. One of the oldest buildings in Wilcox, it was acquired by the College in 1977 and today serves as the main quarters for the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments. The original steep ramp, used for vehicles when the building was a garage, remains inside the building leading down to the maintenance workshop.
