The Midget AA Matity and Mattern teams hit the ice on Friday evening for a ND vs ND league game. This game pitted brother Hounds Scott and Andrew Campbell against each other in friendly competition!

The SJHL Player of the Week for the period ending January 28th is 1987 born Alex Morton of the Notre Dame Hounds.Morton picked up the slack in the wake of several suspensions to his teammates and collected 5-goals ans 4-assists in 3-games played.

The SJHL Goaltender of the Week is 1986 born Blake Bashor of the Notre Dame Hounds. Bashor played two games last week and was a perfect 2-and-0 with a 1.00-GAA.

The Midget AAA Argos hosted the Tisdale Trojans last weekend. The boys played awesome and skated away with a 5-1 win.

Kent played awesome in net for the Argos only allowing 1 goal.

Our Notre Dame family meets every morning at 8:30 AM. This month we have been meeting Wed mornings in St Augustine's for Gospel reflections. Dean of Spiritual Development Rob Palmarin spoke the first Wed, followed by Principal Darren Olson.

This morning was President Howie's chance to speak to the Hounds.
