Dear Students of Notre Dame;

On behalf of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) we would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for participating in the 2010 TELUS Regina Walk to Cure Diabetes.

Whether your role was working in the registration area, playground, route logistics, BBQ area or just an active walker we appreciated the important role you all played.

In Saskatchewan there are over 65,000 residents directly impacted by Diabetes - of which there are two special children from the Wilcox community that live with Type 1 Diabetes on a daily basis.

Your volunteer efforts help the JDRF strive to find the cause and cure for Type 1 Diabetes. We are getting closer to a cure and continued contributions from students like you will help the Foundation achieve its ultimate goal.

We are glad that Notre Dame is part of the Juvenile Diabetes Team and may we again extend our appreciation to you all for making the June 6 TELUS Regina Walk to Cure Diabetes a great success.

ps: At this time may we extend our best wishes to those students that are graduating this year.

Yours truly
